The 7 Pillars:

 

   Miracle Morning - Transform your life before 8 am. No one ever taught us that by learning how to consciously  set our intention to wake up each morning with a genuine desire - even - enthusiasm - to do so, we can change our lives.

Taking A Cold Shower Every Day - A cold shower each and every day will help you overcome adversity and stay motivated throughout the challenge. Start your day off right every day with this amazingly motivational technique.

  Journaling Every Day - Journaling is so critical to your success through this challenge! You will learn how the 1% use this technique to achieve their goals. By the end of this challenge you will be a pro!

  Work Out Every Day - You choose the workout, as long as you are able to stick to it! Find a way to get at least 30 minutes a day of intense exercise and watch  your body transform throughout the challenge.

No Alcohol For 30 Days - If we're going to build an elite Fierce Mind, we are going to need to get rid of the toxins in our bodies. Abstaining from alcohol is not only good for your mental strength and health, it will also make transforming your health much easier.

Visualisation and Meditation Every Day - Learn how to harness the Law of Attraction and turn your dreams into reality. Mila will be showing you the power that daily visualisation can have on your life and your level of success.

Intermittent Fasting Every Day -  You will be introduced to the art and science of Intermittent Fasting (IF). Mila will share the four channels of elimination and how to help them work their best. The diet is completely up to you, but you have to stick to whatever you decide!
